Zuckerberg shared a selfie of his digital avatar on his social networks, but was criticized for the poor graphic quality of Horizon Worlds

Mark Zuckerberg has invested millions of dollars in the metaverse to make his ambitious project in Meta a reality, and recently announced the arrival of his Horizon Worlds experience in more countries.

To promote this, Zuckerberg shared a selfie of his digital avatar on his social networks, but was criticized for the poor graphic quality of Horizon Worlds.

Given the reactions, the Facebook manager came out to show his face and replied: “There will be important updates to Horizon graphics and their avatars soon. I will share more on Connect. Also, I know the photo I posted earlier this week was pretty basic – it was taken very quickly to celebrate a launch. Horizon graphics are capable of much more, even in headsets, and Horizon is improving very quickly,” he said in a post on Instagram.

Zuckerberg accompanied his message with an image showing a more sophisticated avatar and a more complete scenario to show the scope of his project.
